Josh at Therapydia was fantastic: affable, knowledgeable, and responsive. I had a great experience. Josh worked to get me to take charge of my own healing, teaching me various exercises I can do at home to maintain good health.
I've needed PT off and on over the decades in DC. I used to go to Pivot as a big easy to find chain - but noted very inconsistent quality of service. I've been using Therapydia for the last 3 months and counldn't be more please from the front desk to the sessions - a small practice with high quality staff and great environment. I highly recommend.
Therapydia was recommended by my physician and I was very impressed with the results. When I started, it was difficult to walk down a flight of stairs. After 2 visits a week and home recommeded exercises, I was doing better after 1 week, and back to normal in 1 month. I strongly recommend Therapydia.
