Frankie is truly #1 for blonding and extensions anywhere in DC! I have been going to Frankie for years now for extensions, and he's always taken such great care of my hair. He's helped me to improve the strength and quality of my hair while achieving my goal of a lighter blonde. His staff are amazing--his assistant Banessa was so patient and kind when brushing out my regrowth! Frankie is such a fun spirit, with great communication, and never a dull moment!
