My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at the Waldorf Astoria in Washington D.C., and we were fortunate enough to have Nekane Alvarez as our personal concierge. I cannot express enough how her exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable!

From the moment we arrived, Nekane went above and beyond to ensure our experience was special. She took the time to ask my husband for a picture of us as a couple, which she then framed and placed on our table along with a delightful selection of wine and dessert. This thoughtful touch added a personal element that made our anniversary feel even more intimate and memorable.

Nekane's enthusiasm and genuine interest in creating a wonderful experience for us were evident throughout our stay. On our checkout day, she even ran outside to surprise me with a beautifully packaged box of chocolates! Her commitment to ensuring we had a fantastic experience was heartwarming and truly made us feel valued.

Thanks to Nekane's exceptional care and attention to detail, the Waldorf Astoria has secured our loyalty for life. I will gladly share this wonderful experience with everyone I know. Thank you, Nekane, for making our anniversary so special—we can't wait to return!
