Von, the heart and soul of the lil key shop mobile service, is the epitome of experienced professional. My ignition lock cylinder needed a complete overhaul, a very complicated and detailed task. From start to finish, Von made it look easy. He explained every step to me throughout the process, even sending me pictures of the errant pin that was causing all of the problems.
