I went for my first time in March for a colonic. In April I went somewhere else to get my second colonic and it did not compare to Multidimensional. I will return. I agree with the customer service complaints. Didn’t feel welcomed and felt uncomfortable to ask questions due to the short answer that I received about other services offered.. I hoped that they would be conscious of self and others. FYI just reading the reviews.. I knew I wasn’t tripping!
I have been coming to TIMMED for almost 17 years now. If anyone can speak about the quality. of service and care, it would be me. Dr. Mines is an amazing person and physician. She has changed the way I think about food, health and wellness. My mind is always on prevention mode. I love it here. It's where I go to retreat, detox and reset. My favs are the infrared sauna, colonic and IV vitamin therapy! Ahmad and the staff are professional, caring and kind. If you want to learn how to beat sickness and disease, this is the place to go. I went in yesterday for a Sauna treatment and the woman at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever come across. She had no idea that I had booked the service through class pass and when I showed her the booking she said "I dont know anything about that". When I asked her what my options were she didnt seem to give me any. I told her I could not cancel the service since I would get charged - she didnt seem to care. After much back and forth, a doctor (who heard us arguing) came out and then proceeded to help me no problem (which meant that she could have done the same).
