Mike and team did a great job diagnosing the issue and fixing it. But above all I appreciated their customer service and honesty. There was an unanticipated issue for which they offered to eat 100% of the cost. Not a lot of shops would do that but they're looking to build long-term relationships with their customers. I expect to bring my car here for years to come.
Mike went above and beyond to help me with multiple issues my car had. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative, respectful (not pushy), and went out of his way to help me. I will be coming back for any future needs!
