I had my first Solidcore class with Karina. She was an amazing, motivating, and attentive instructor. She took the time to help me and others in the class with our form without shaming us. The full-body workout was incredibly intense, and I felt the workout immediately after. I may try a less intense class next time since I’m still a beginner on my fitness journey.

My happy place. I come here for a challenge, and always leave feeling proud of myself, sore, sweaty, and ready to come back for more. Definitely the most effective workout for me. Friendly clients, helpful coaches, and nice studios. If you haven't tried it, what are you waiting for?!

During a happy hour a few years ago one of my coworkers turned to me and said: “Hey, do you want to go to torture class with me tomorrow?” My coworker and I have been regulars at Solidcore ever since.Solidcore isn’t torture, but it is hard work. And it’s worth the effort. Solidcore still kicks my rear end… but hey, I’ve got a pretty solid read end to kick now!
