I have been with Simplicity Salon (Rasheen) since 2011/2012. When I came to Simplicity my hair was in terrible shape but it has been nursed back to health, through the Lord’s divine providence and Rasheen hands.One of the reasons why I have maintained a relationship with Rasheen is largely due to his professionalism. Professionalism is built into the brand of Simplicity Salon.While at Simplicity I have also seen other stylists that were employed by Rasheen and those stylists operated with the same thoroughness.Rasheen is on time EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. While at Simplicity I have also seen other stylists that were employed by Rasheen and those stylists operated with the same thoroughness. Rasheen is on time EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Appointments are kept & followed through allowing me to balance my work/personal schedules. Rasheen does not double book clients. I appreciate when I get in the chair with Rasheen that he is focused on me as a client and he does not balance 3-4 other clients at the same time as my appointment. I do not have to worry about Rasheen rushing to do my hair and making me feel as if I am just another head in the chair instead of a person. Rasheen does not take calls during appointments and expects the same of his clients. Relationship building is one of the core beliefs of Simplicity Salon and I am grateful for that. Rasheen has also always been honest me about my home haircare routines. I have left each appointment from Rasheen with my hair slayed. Rasheen has seen me through my college years, grad school years, and professional working years. If you are on the fence about seeing a new stylist I would encourage you to give Rasheen a shot. You will not be disappointed.
Pam is awesome! I desperately needed an appointment and she squeezed me in last minute and did a great job with my hair. This establishment also knows about hair care, which is exactly what I've been looking for!
