The ladies here were very nice, and they did a good job with my tailoring. Unfortunately, my dry cleaning smelled so bad, and I think it must have been left to dry too close to other garments because it had a very strong mildew smell. I had a lot of pieces dry cleaned, and I’ll have to wash them on my own.

They lost my sweater. It has a small bleach stain I made, but I still wanted it dry cleaned. The worker said 7 items were given to her because the receipt says so. I explained to her I understand but it could have been a miscount. I’m not sure if because of the stain they may have trashed it. I dunno. Nonetheless I did not get back what I had given them.

Inflated prices, bogus shoe repair, collapsing customer service. I used to love this place, and was loyal for years, especially because of one older, experienced seamstress that the entire business is built on. But no one on the premises can communicate effectively with customers. They may pay someone to post templated responses online after the fact (note multiple complaints!), but when the going gets tough in-store they just overcharge and blame the customer. Shoe “repair” is a messy, dangerous glue job that falls apart when you’re on the go. Plenty of other options on the market.
