The ladies here were very nice, and they did a good job with my tailoring. Unfortunately, my dry cleaning smelled so bad, and I think it must have been left to dry too close to other garments because it had a very strong mildew smell. I had a lot of pieces dry cleaned, and I’ll have to wash them on my own.
Very nice service and decent cleaning.
Cons why would not come back:
1) completely slashed/destroyed (mother of pearl) buttons on the blazer
2) extremely strong odor of cleaning
While the odor could still be fine, the destroyed buttons (see pics) is just unacceptable
They repeatedly stapled batch strips ON to my shirt tags, rather than looping them THRU the tags. This made removing the strips a real hassle in the morning when rushing to put on a clean shirt.
