Ayran has done a great job on our terrier in the past, but i was so disappointed today. Last night I made and received confirmation for a 200 Appointment today. Went at 2, no answer at the door. Called, no answer, so I left a message asking for a call back. Nothing. I called again around 240. Aryan answered the phone this time and said he had “forgotten to look at his schedule today” and he wasn’t home. No offer to make a later appointment, not much of an apology. This is no way to run a business. The website says there is a $40 charge for a missed appointment - shouldn’t that go both ways?

Aryan trimmed our terrier in the spring and I made an appointment yesterday for 200 today. Showed up, no answer at the door. Called and left a message asking for a call back - nothing. Called again around 240 and Aryan answered and said "I forgot to look at the schedule today. Sorry". This is no way to run a business. Does the $40 charge for missed appointments go both ways?
