Security company is very unprofessional, also harassing people in my apartment complex. Also including my self. This company does'not only puts the safety of this apartment complex at risk,but them selves. Dc spo has to do better.

Unprofessional officers. We pay over 13,000 a month for my mom to live in an exclusive senior facity on conneticut ave nw in Washington, DC. The daytime officer (Payne) is the WORST!!!! Shes loud, refuses to do the bare minimum of her job, she speaks to people disrespectfully, she meddles in things that are not a part of her job. Shes not a nurse, she should not be involved in my mothers care. The facility has been losing residents steadily because of this. Please check your officers!
