I have used RPM in Columbia for 5 years and am very happy with their management. They take care of maintenance issues quickly and keep me informed of the process. They are easy to get in touch with and are generally very good with communications. Their fees are very competitive. Great organization!
I've used RPM DC to manage a couple of properties for several years. They provide me with great service. If/when there are issues they notify immediately with information about options to resolve them. I appreciate the service they provide me and plan to continue to use them.
