I really wanted to like this braiding salon as it's location is sooo convenient. She was accommodating on my rescheduling the appointment and a much later start / hence the extra star. But...The hair was disappointing. I did not get AT ALL what I asked for. I came for medium size knotless braids (mid-back length), and I showed a picture. I reiterated a few time I did NOT want TOO FULL a head of braids, rather airy and light styling.The main stylist got it but she quickly hands you off to one or more assistants who kept doing their own thing, even though she told them several times to do it differently and what they were doing would be too voluminous. I went to get my waist length knotless braids removed and it was done in 2 hours for $50 which was amazing! They didn’t hurt my head or comb out or cut my real hair I was glad with the service. Only thing I would say is they could use renovations on the bathroom.
