I arrived at 7:01 pm for pick up. Although the door was unlocked and two employees were present, they refused to let me pick up my clothes because they closed at 7:00pm. Hardly the kind personal touch you would expect from a small business. Really disappointed with how inflexible and dismissive employees were to me.
Everything I've brought in has been clean and ready on time. My toddler joined on my last visit. The woman working was super friendly with him and made a game of bringing the clothes carousel around.
I've been coming here for years and have always been happy with the cleaning service. I recently had some pants hemmed and jacket sleeves shortened, and the alterations came out great too!
