This company "closed" its doors and basically became a full service installation service. They did work on two different homes I remodeled. The second time was when they no longer kept televisions and stuff on storage but rather made to order. My husband liked the fact that we did NOT have to order your equipment from them-- My husband bought his tv through amazon and had them purchase all the wire outdoor speakers and ceiling speakers and volume control boxes for our patio and kitchen. They were professional and creative in coming up with solutions that did not require opening up walls.

This business closed it's doors in March 2009. It then reopened two weeks later under a different name(custom tv solutions).The store does not carry in stock the majority of equipment, You pay for your equipment and then it is ordered.

I was shocked when the sales person Michael mimicked my accent ( Indian) and told me whether I was using US$ or Indian Ruppees in getting down to a price that Best Buy ended up giving me on a high end TV unit. To make things more interesting I go to Pioneers Website to find that Provideo is not even an Elite Dealer anymore. So basically this racist scumbag was just bitter he lost the sale and thought that he could insult a prospect based on his race and speech. Fine strategy to retain customers.
