After having a series of hair color mishaps at another salon, I was scared nothing could get my hair back to normal. Thankfully, I found Sandra at PR Partners Friendship Heights. Sandra talked me through what was possible considering all the processing my hair had recently gone through and then worked her magic , quickly but expertly placing highlights. When she revealed my new hair I was seriously blown away.
