Come here all the time. Barrie is always helpful. Prices are steep for someone like me who is from down South, but I challenge you to find a better price for quality of service.

Passable barber shop. Front door was locked. Most of the chairs haven’t been used in a well. Friendly enough. Scissors probably need a sharpen as they pulled a lot on my hair.
Price was $45 which is a lot more than I expected from the outside. As for the end result, I’m actually quite happy with the haircut itself. The experience could just use a little work.

My boys had to freshen up while visiting DC from AZ and they got them in and did a fantastic job. My son and husband have been going to the same barber for many years who they love but Popular Cuts did not disappoint. They were all also super friendly. We would definitely be back if we were in town.
