I am a Type 1 diabetic who had a complete knee replacement on Novemeber 18, 2020. I have been working with the staff at Phoenix Physical Therapy on Brandywine Street since then. Due to my underllying health issues, I have had a couple of set backs with my rehabilitation. Through it all, Phoenix has been a God-Send. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough good things about Chris, Ann Elise, Amber, Sarah, and Allie. Knee replacement is a serious procedure and communication with medical professionals can often be overwhelming. The thing I value most about working with Chris, the director at Brandywine, is his open, honest, and constant communication .... not just with me, but also with my surgeon's office. He makes a real effort to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Bottom line: I will be happy when I no longer need physical therapy on my knee. But, I am very glad that Phoenix is walking me through this process. They are professional, knowledable, good at what they do, and have become more like family to me than distant technicians and therapists. - Gary Robinson
