My experience with Nonprofit HR has been extremely disappointing. It’s clear that their priority is the organization that contracts them, not the employees they're supposed to support. I dealt with both Tricia and Erica during my time, and unfortunately, neither demonstrated a solid understanding of employment law or the employee handbook they were supposed to uphold.

Communication was poor at best. Messages often went unanswered, and when responses did come, they lacked substance or accountability. It felt like they were simply doing what they were told without advocating for fairness or following proper procedure. This is not what HR should be.
