I have been going to this location for a year now. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the salon and the friendliness of the staff. Enjoy drinking a latte or a glas of Prosecco while getting pampered. Even though I am sure the other technicians are great as well, I always see Mako, she is an absolute gem and does very percise work. I trust her 100% and am able to just relax.

This is my second time here. My nails look nice but the seating is incredibly uncomfortable. If you are above average height (I'm 5'8") and want to be comfortable this might not be the salon for you. The pedicure chairs are not the typical salon chairs that are easily adjustable. I usually have to maneuver my body in a very uncomfortable way which takes away from the relaxing experience. The manicure station is worse because you're basically sitting in dining room chairs with very little elbow room because clients are packed so closely together. I'm conflicted when I leave here because the place is cute, they give out drinks, my nails look nice but I am physically uncomfortable during the entire visit

I had a highly disappointing experience at Nailsaloon on Capitol Hill. From the start, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. My initial visit left much to be desired; my nail technician was neither warm nor friendly, and my feedback on their survey was ignored.

To make matters worse, my gel polish began chipping within just two days. When I returned to address the issue, the manager appeared indifferent and assigned me the same technician. Although the technician quickly sanded the tips and reapplied the polish, the results were far from satisfactory.
