I work in HR and my company was looking for providers for a health fair so I asked the receptionist, Wes, whether the location accepted United Healthcare. He asked if I was a new patient and I attempted to tell him why I was calling and we preferred someone in-network in the event our employees wanted to go to them after the wellness fair...I couldn't even get my full sentence out and he hung up on me. I also thought about going to this provider because the website is impressive and I was interested in the whiplash service. Not anymore. I hate bad customer service!

They weren’t helpful at all. I was there from June 2023-August 2023 and the only the thing they had me do was sit on a massage table. I received no chiropractic services at this establishment. I also wasn’t given any exercises to follow once my therapy came to an end. I was also not listened by the male doctor I charge there. I would not recommend if you’re looking to get better not worst. I ended up having to go to another facility that has been very helpful. I just wanted to let anyone know before they decide to choose this establishment. Thanks !

Dr Moses and the staff gives you the feeling that you are unwanted. They have all the equipments the tools to look at it, wishing to use even the bike.I went there referred by attorney, with a lot of need of their service, but the service is not like looks. The worst service and the worst treatment ever. They can improve if they want it. But if they care about you. Thank you
