I was blown away by my experience working with Monumental. I have high expectations, and they exceeded them, which is hard to do. From the very first meeting, I was impressed -- Gilbert set a specific time to come by (not a window), sent a meeting invitation, confirmed, and then came at exactly that time!! It was a level of professionalism and respectfulness that I have not typically encountered when dealing with any contractors or home repairs. The communication was excellent throughout the process, including specifics of budget, any changes to the project, timelines, and what to expect during construction. Monumental was a great group to work with! We were half way through a project that included an addition and kitchen renovation with another contractor that had serious quality and timeline issues. Monumental was extremely accommodating to step in and put in the extra effort to take on a project half way through from another contractor, which is not something you will likely find most contractors willing to do. It spoke to the kind of group this was. They assessed the current situation, laid out an action plan for repairs required to previous work completed, and delivered a great finished product.
