I've worked with Dr. Stolar since I moved to DC a few years ago now and his treatment plan has really helped, my face is much clearer these days and less oily with his help. I want to specifically cite how considerate he and his staff are.I came in today for a yearly update and prescription refill but ended up asking Dr. Stolar his recommendation for my undereyes because a much more expensive procedure elsewhere wasn't make a difference. He suggested fillers, walked me through with a mirror why and how it'd help and offered that he could do the service same day (the convenience of this rather than me having to reschedule and do more PTO was nice). I’ve had such a nice experience with Dr. Stolar. He is such a great dermatologist with experience and knowledgeable too. He really listened to me and doesn’t overcharge for treatments just to keep me coming back. I’ve been to a couple different places to get TCA cross and the dermatologist would charge so much to treat a small area and wouldn’t even treat all the acne scarred spots for such an expensive price. Whereas Dr. Stolar, treated the entire area thoroughly and didn’t charge as much compared to the other dermatologist (ex: Sherber and Rad). I had a wonderful experience at metroderm. Dr. Stoler was a breath of fresh air from previous dermatologist experiences. He came in with a warm smile and patiently took his time with me to hear my concerns. The receptionists were also very friendly and efficient. I didn’t wait long at all to be seen. I’ll definitely be back for all my derm needs!
