About Massage Envy

Massage Envy offers a variety of wellness services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch. Many customers are satisfied with their experiences, highlighting the exceptional service from the staff. The therapists, such as Kimberly and Tatyana, are praised for their professionalism, friendliness, and ability to address the clients' needs. The front desk staff also contribute to the positive experience.

However, some areas for improvement have been noted, such as the tipping system being unclear, which can lead to confusion about expected gratuity. Additionally, a customer mentioned a less engaging experience with a therapist, pointing out a lack of friendliness and curiosity during the session.

Overall, Massage Envy is appreciated for its quality services and dedicated staff. With attention to customer service details and clarity in pricing, the overall experience could be further enhanced.

Total afternoon of pampering with a massage by Tiffany which is up there among the best massages I’ve had. Then facial by Dianne that left me glowing. Can’t forget the personable Andrew at the desk who helped change my reservations at the last moment and did it with a big smile. All around great afternoon.
