I’ve been going to Lulu Nail Salon since they opened, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The atmosphere, care, attention to detail, and comfort are unmatched. Every visit feels like a spa experience for my nails. I highly recommend the spa manicure and pedicure with the paraffin wax treatment. It’s the perfect finishing touch and makes the whole experience feel extra luxurious.
I've been here 10+ times and have never had a bad experience. i also have had my partner come in twice for a pedi, and all the nail techs are very polite. I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about, Maybe sometimes (like 1 out of 20x at any salon) you might get nipped by the cuticle tool (pretty normal). I have used almost all of the nail techs, and I really really love the older lady who does my pedicure. She's super sweet. The champagne, snacks and water are a plus. I wish there was coffee haha. I've been to this salon twice now and I will be returning this week. They have great customer service, clean facilities, and they even offer you a beverage upon your arrival. Vivian did my gel X manicure and it was superb both times in addition to a relaxing and beautiful job with my pedicure. It has been about 3 weeks and everything still looks great! I highly recommend this salon.
