I came to Luna's to get blonde highlights/balayage for the first time and it was great - it turned out exactly like my inspo photo. The cut was very efficient and the entire process took less than 2 hours. I saw some bad reviews about dyeing/highlighting and it made me hesitant, but I'm glad I went. I was just very clear about what I wanted.

I thought I had scheduled an appointment at Luna but apparently my spazztastic brain did not. I walked in at 6pm on a freaking Friday and Luna was super nice about it. She literally squeezed me in! I offered to reschedule to a different time given it was obviously my fault, but she was so understanding. The place was packed and bopping with women who were chatty, knew each other, and knew Luna. I think this is always a good sign! Then I told Luna what I was struggling with given my hair and she explained that I've been asking for the wrong thing for ages!
