I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Avi would be able to come out to install the lock within a few days after his initial visit (there was a slight lead time in ordering the lock). At any rate, Avi did an amazing job installing the lock on my front door--a job that required a bit troubleshooting, as I have a rather large and odd sized door.
