This wholesale place is small, but you can find what you need. If they don't have it, they can try and get it for you within days. The staff are friendly, but the owners sound rude, but you gotta understand English is their second language, and I assume they're Asian. With all the respect, they do sound rude, but they're helpful and have to do their living too. Before paying, make sure you have the correct colors or items. They won't negotiate prices, so don't get upset on the way they will respond.

I've been a fan of Lida's for many years. Yes, parking is horrible!! (hence the 4 star). You'll find the warehouses taking up lots of space with the loading/unloading so I try to plan my visits to pre-opening mid-week or first thing on Saturday mornings. But, you'll also fight parking with the breakfast crowds that frequent the area on Saturday. My purchases always surround floral and/or any type of decor (vases, bling wrap, acrylic stones, pearls, foam, etc.) for events that I decorate. Be sure to check out the items hung at the register area...hard to see everything and if super busy, you'll find it almost impossible to ask to see each item hanging out of reach. When super crowded or they are unloading merchandise, it is very difficult to get through the narrow aisles or to get help for items located on the upper shelves; patience is everything! One of the male employees has the tendency to become agitated when you ask him for help and will typically brush you off. I've learned how to handle him till he begins to smile and eventually, I get what I need. Overall, despite the parking, crowded aisles, and the sometimes curt attitude of one of the employees (and even Lida at times...give her a break..she's overwhelmed at times but truly is a nice lady and busts her tail for that store), they have what I need and at a price-point far below retail stores or Amazon.
