Mr. Lee explained that the motor in my dryer was shot! He not only checked the dryer unit, he went outside to make sure that the vent was in good working condition. I greatly appreciate his honesty in letting me know that it would serve me best to replace the unit.

Refrigerator went on the blink - freezer worked but the bottom did t cool. Mr Lee came in earlier then scheduled, which was good for me, and he knew the problem right away, repaired it and was out in less than an hour; plus gave me some good information when Iām ready to buy a new refrigerator.
