Terrible health service and incompetent staff to fix problems. Doctors do not attend and ordering medical supplements is challenging. The medical supplies are sent to you incomplete and nobody is responsible for anything and you spend all day trying to solve it and nothing is solved.Don't waste your money.Mauricio I. This was an absolutely amazing experience that would have been otherwise terrifying if it weren't for Brenda Scott. From the second I walked in she made sure I was taken care of. My nurse, Tiffany was also delightful and eased the pain of getting vaccinated. I 10/10 recommend this facility. Thank you for everything you do!

I was so skeptical changing from Aetna health insurance to Kaiser Permanente, but this place makes me so glad I did! It was the BEST doctor experience in my life. I set up an account online and easily scheduled my appointment. Since this location is connected to the Union Station Metro underground, it's very easy to get to (there's a Capital Bikeshare dock two blocks away if that's more your style). The front lobby staff were helpful and directed me to where I needed to go. I waited for literally one minute before being called back. I never had to wait ever.
