This office of JMU Tax & Financial has experienced several changes in its team over the past decade. The team they have now is fantastic. Over the course of our initial meetings, they have taken the stress out of the small business incorporation and tax preparation process. They are customer service-oriented team who opens later in the morning and operates late through the night to get the job done particularly during tax season. Most importantly, once you've developed a relationship, they are reachable anytime you need. I have had excellent experiences with Shafique Khan, Kinshook, and Raj who works the front desk. My experience working with Shafique Kahn the last couple of years has been wonderful. He has a nice balance of professionalism and friendliness. I'm also taking my elderly, disabled friend to have her taxes done by him. He has gone above and beyond to help her understand and navigate benefits she is eligible for.

Did a virtual appointment yesterday with Shafique and it was easily the best tax prep experience I've ever had! Shafique is super knowledgeable and helped me get deductions I did not know about previously. He also gave me advice on things I could do to improve for next year's tax time. Will absolutely use Shafique & JMU Tax again next year!
