Dean from J&B Discovery Inspections was great. He came to our house the day after we contacted him, and not only did he inspect for mold in our bathroom, but he did a thorough review of all the places where our house might be keeping moisture. He also gave us tips on how we can better equip our home for future mold problems, including specific instructions that were helpful for first-time homeowners like us. Mr. Dean was amazing!! We just moved to DC, and this was our first home purchase. He took his time on the inspection, and explained everything to us. He even went to bat for us when something needed to be addressed that the builder pushed back on. A year later, he was still supportive when I had questions. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Dean.
