I’ve had very good experiences at IB. Do your research on their website and Instagram to choose who you think would work best for what you’re looking for. Luna colors my hair and we’ve been going with lighter blonde. Autumn cut my hair and gave me some great tips on product. I was at one appointment and had intended to get my hair styled for an event I had that night but didn’t have the time to get it done. One of the things I love about IB is their blow dry bar and so I resolved to style my hair quicker on my own. One of the managers even helped me which was very kind of her. I highly recommend this salon.

I cannot say enough good things about the haircut I received from Thomas!! He gave me the *perfect* blunt above-the-shoulder length bob - aka exactly what I asked for. He listened to what I wanted and suggested adding some easy long layers for texture and movement and, wow, I am obsessed. He gave me a haircut that I can easily style on my own and I will being going back to him as soon as I need a trim. The salon is very chic and the front desk was very friendly. I called on a Tuesday afternoon, and was able to get an appointment for Friday night. Never going to another salon in DC!

I honestly don't have enough good things to say about Immortal Beloved - I go to Laura for cut and Devin for color and both are by far the best stylists I've ever had. I can trust them 100% - in fact, most of the time, I just ask Devin to do whatever she wants because she always does something I love! Laura is also incredible - while I'm pretty tame with what I want to do with my hair, she always does an incredible job - making my thin hair look fuller and healthy. Most of all, both are so kind and always ask me about different things going on in my life, remembering little details like when I graduated from law school or started my new job. I cannot recommend enough!!
