I'm beyond impressed by my experience with Highlands Cleaners! I'm a new customer and brought in an evening dress that a sunscreen bottle had exploded on - I had been traveling at the time for a wedding and the greasy stain had set for about a week. Highlands was EXTREMELY helpful. When the stains didn't come out on the first try, they sent it out for dry cleaning again for free, and the second time every stain was completely gone! Every time I went in to check on the dress, the proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely continue to bring my dry cleaning and alteration work here in the future.

Have been using Highlands for about a year for dry cleaning dresses, blazers, and work shirts, plus quick hemming or button fixes. They're always friendly, responsive on the phone, and very well-priced for a small independent business. As a disorganized person, I'm always coming in with last-minute express requests (sorry!) -- Carlos has definitely made miracles happen when possible, but will also be honest and up front if it just can't happen.
