Great service and the therapy was very effective! If you have tension in your body body from your job or the gym i suggest cupping, cryo and the IR sauna. I feel noticeably better after just one session. I can hardly wait to come back next week.

I started coming to Highkey Balance for back pain I couldn't quite address. Going to Serki consistently truly alleviated all my ailments. From her massages, exercise recommendations, and feedback on where I can improve, she has always been incredibly thoughtful and so dang good at what she does! Cannot recommend Serki or Highkey Balance enough :)
