Lisa is incredible and has been absolutely essential to navigating my fertility journey. Sessions with Lisa are a blend of talk therapy, holistic health guidance, and calming acupuncture. I left every session less stressed and more confident. Lisa is great! I went to her after months of having insomnia and what I felt like were hormonal fluctuations after weaning. My husband and I were hoping to have another baby as well and had been trying for a little while. I had never done acupuncture before, but thought it was worth a try to see if it could help my insomnia and cycles. Well, my sleep got a little better the first month I went AND I became pregnant! My expectations were not that high going in since I wasn't terribly familiar with acupuncture, but I was pleasantly surprised with Lisa's skills and the impact that it seemed to have had! I had tendonitis in my elbow for about 15 months before my wife got tired of my whining about it and insisted that i visit Lisa. I'll admit it that i was just a tad bit skeptical about acupuncture in general and i had a lot of fun teasing my wife about it over the years, but i went to humor her. Imagine my surprise when the next day my elbow felt better than it had in years!!!! After a couple of more sessions it was 95% better.
