Gloria has cared for my hair for over 30 years, through thick and thinning, as well as graying. Her hair coloring is superb and subtle. Gloria does the best blonde highlights and hairs cuts anywhere in the DC/Northern Virginia area. She is easy to make an appointment with-and she accepts Venmo/Zelle which is a plus. The quality of her work is hands down the best. I hope she never retires!Services: Balayage
