They cleaned and ironed/pressed 5 of my items within the same day. The level of cleaning was very good (and I am picky). I cannot really say if they are pricey or not because it is the first time that I resort to dry cleaning services in the US - what is for sure is that it is (much) more expensive than in my hometown in Italy ;)

Never had a problem here. People are decently friendly, they clean everything well and haven’t lost anything in the past year or so I’ve used them. Dry cleaners aren’t perfect, but this one is pretty solid.
