The place is really nice, and the mani and pedicure are on point However, the brow tinting is completely off. I don't think she knows what she is doing. She applies it, and completely takes the stain off. In the end the brows remain as you walked in. My sister and I did not understand what she was doing. We have had our brows tinted multiple times, and we're completling dumbfounded. We thought that she was using another technique, but upon looking in tge mirror, she simply wiped of everything with alcohol. Someone really need to show her what to do.
I was visiting from out of town and made an appointment for 4:30 for a fill in. When I walked in, the employees acted like they had no idea I had an appointment, so they asked me to wait. I waited for about 30 minutes and then they had me sit down to get started. As soon as the nail tech (Anna) what I would be getting done, she got up and walked off as another customer said she was supposed to be getting a wax done by Anna. I was super frustrated because Anna didn’t communicate with me at all, she just got up and walked away after I already waited for 30+ minutes WITH and appointment. UPDATE*** The owner Dawn addressed the concerned less than 2 minutes after this reviews and took accountability for the inconvenience. She apologized and immediately had a nail tech service me. ❤️The is where my reviewed and experienced changed. ELSA WAS AMAZING!!!! Extremely professional and attentive to my nail needs. She was polite, sweet and very good at my request. My french manicure toes look great. I will definitely be coming back to specifically request her. My advice if your new to this establishment, request a nail tech by name or check out other reviews because they have very good staff but it seems you have to get a nail tech by name.
