DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES JOIN FIT 4 LIFE. They will make it impossible for you to get out of your contract. They claim to support the military but absolutely do not. They renew your contract every year without notice so it's like you just joined for the 1st time and cannot get out of it. They will ask for orders, divorce certificate for a spouse, and if you PCS to a location that has Fit4life you are not guaranteed to get out of your contract. They are scam artist of the worse kind. POS company.

My husband and I have been coming to these excellent medical exercise trainers for 8 years! They are especially helpful for anyone who is post-rehab after surgery or a fall, etc. I began going when a friend recommended them after my lumbar fusion surgery and have been going twice a week ever since. My husband is there to stay in top physical shape and avoid injuries! He's an avid golfer and benefits from their program three days a week. The facility has everything you'd want to achieve optimal fitness. They have recently added a Pilates instructor as well!
