I had such a great experience here! I came in on a Friday afternoon close to closing time needing a last minute alteration on my dress, and she immediately knew exactly what needed to be done. She told me she could have it ready within 24 hours and that I could pick it up the same time the next day, which honestly saved me.The alteration itself was not an easy or simple change to do that quickly, but she absolutely knocked it out of the park. When I tried the dress on, it fit perfectly and looked exactly how I wanted it to. Ms. Anna is my favorite tailor in DC. I’ve trusted her with even very delicate dresses with complex zipper alterations and she’s done impeccable, fast work for reasonable prices. I’ve also brought her plenty of pants to hem from simple jobs to more difficult raw edge hems and was impressed by how perfect her work always is. I’ve also been to the other express tailor a few doors down but Ms. Anna’s work is better and she’s such a kind person. Her prices are better too!
Ms. Anna is the best tailor in DC! I have also been to the other express alterations located a few doors down, but will only be going to Ms. Anna from now on. I've brought her everything from a simple hem to more complicated raw edge hems that look exactly how the original raw hem looked, to complex zipper alterations on dresses in very delicate materials. All jobs performed flawlessly, fast, and for a reasonable price. And on top of that, she's a very kind person. I'm so glad I found her!
