I did a workout class with one of their trainers, Corey Belin, and absolutely loved it. His Champion Rounds Boxing class was awesome. I highly recommend it and I can’t wait to take that class on a weekly basis.
Love the facility! I mostly use the swimming pool, yoga classes and cardio!A bit expensive but I love it. Also if you are GW university student or graduated from GW you get a little discount!
The WDC gym is very good!Well equipped, I would recommend it to anyone.However,1 - The all gender bathroom is always dirty, sometimes out of order and, smelly ?.2 - The batteries of some cycling bikes need to be replaced. Someone needs to regularly check them out before classes.
