I’m visiting from NYC. The staff was friendly, locker rooms clean, the equipment was well taken care of and plenty of space to work out. Loved the size of the steam room.The thing I couldn’t get over was the god awful stench on the first floor and parts of the second. I really had to hold my breath. Blows my mind that a high end club would allow something so nasty to ruin their members experience.

Nice place, especially the locker rooms. Unfortunately the actual training space is not managed very well. I don't even think it's an overcrowded gym, they just have too much space dedicated to machines that are rarely used. The cardio area is massive and usually untouched. There are multiple studio spaces that seem to have no one in them. Really surprised that there's less availability on equipment in DC compared to the location I used in NYC.

Very disappointed with the treatment I got at this gym. It was my first day there, Mario the front desk person was beyond rude.Edit: Left this part because I never got an apology. But did update my review because literally everyone else in staff went above and beyond to resolve things for me.Looking forward to only positive experiences going forward.
