Emotive Architecture

We worked with Emotive to renovate a 50s ranch house in NW DC. It was a large project as we gutted the entire house and entirely reimagined the interior space. Working with Emotive was very easy and collaborative and 2 years later we are still delighted with the results and looking forward to working with Emotive again to transform the exterior and backyard.

Jason at Emotive Architecture prepared plans for a full basement renovation, navigated ANC and DCRA permitting, and guided us through the process. He is professional, respectful, and gets the job done timely, in a quality manner, and at a fair price. We would use Jason again for an architectural project without hesitation. Lawrence H
