I saw Dr Benz in the Spring of 2024 and she changed my life. Not only did she take the time to listen to me, but she really made it a point to help me find solutions to my pain.

I came to her for knee pain, but uncovered my knee pain was a symptom of poor muscle engagement. Dr Benz put the therapy into Physical Therapy by actively listening to how I made it to this point and debunked all of the crazy internet ideas that Google gave me. Having someone who believes the pain and the other issues I had is highly unusual for any doctor. I appreciated not fighting to prove my symptoms, but rather have a partner who was invested in getting to the bottom of the root cause.
