Ozzy, Alper and the team were great. Ozzy was able to come out and give a quote with design quickly. And Alper was the project manager onsite who helped move the project along and was responsive to my questions. There was a little miscommunication about repairing water damage caused by my old bathtub, but the team was able to help at an added cost within the timeframe needed. I would gladly work with them again.
We had a great experience working with the team at DuPont Design Center. Ozzy was very responsive and patient while we budgeted and came up with our design choices. He was also very understanding with timing as we were also dealing with a newborn during our renovation. Alp was our project manager and he did a great job coordinating with the contractors and communicating with us. Pedro, one of our contractors is clearly highly skilled at just about everything when it comes to renovation and bathroom work, and he was very considerate of our home and kids during the time he was in our house.
