Being a transplant to the Navy Yard area for the past 3 years, Dryy has been an exceptional and convenient service in my apartment building here at the Watermark. As a busy professional it takes a load off of my busy week knowing I can drop my laundry and pick up along with any other packages or mail. I would highly recommend for those with busy schedules.

They do a miserable job of getting out what should be simple stains. I learned I do a much better job. We’ve received others clothing. I tried to get a second bag but they can’t manage that. I’m going to try Rinse.

Decent if not spectacular results through the years with prompt delivery/pick up/convenience but the price has grown so much recently ($4.25 per shirt) which is well above the posted DC average that I figure it's time to circle back to the traditional vendor. I find it interesting that no one from Dryy has responded to any of these reviews -- some are very negative. Perhaps they are overstretched but a strong and well run business should never ignore the importance of a google review whether it's good or bad. a
I also think they should have considered giving me a deal or two over the years but I never got one, NOT even a quantity discount.... read full review
