I highly recommend everything about this place! I always feel amazing and relaxed after leaving. I've tried the CryoContour, Infrared sauna, Cryo Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage and want to keep coming back for it all! It's great to combine the treatments too- start with something cold and finish with the sauna. I've noticed a difference in my skin, it feels more glowing. The contour has helped smooth my stomach area. I'm hoping to try their other services as well. Both the DC and Alexandria locations are inviting and clean. Love the dc location of district cryo! The people are SO nice and the facilities are very clean. I go for cryo and IR sauna and can highly recommend both. They also offer great package deals.
