Dila Development And Construction

We bought our new construction home in 2018. Both units in the two-unit condo building had multiple serious leaks, including multiple places on the roof and in the basement. There are cracks in the walls from poor finishing. The counters pulled away from the walls after just a few years. Any "repairs" take forever to schedule, are half-measures at best, and require at least three repeat visits for the "fixes" to actually do anything.
