I am a big fan of Ms. Kathy and DC Dry Cleaners. The prices are extremely fair (a refreshing change from the other dry cleaners on the street) and clothes are returned in a timely fashion, not to mention they have worked magic on my stains. Ms. Kathy has always brightened my day as well. Highly recommend.

The woman who operates this store is the rudest person I've ever met. She has now nearly yelled at me twice for simply asking a clarifying question. I do not advise visiting this dry cleaner. There is another down the street where the woman is friendly, helpful, and does good work.

I just had the worst experience here. If I could give negative stars I would. I've been a customer here since 2005 but I won't be going back. Just a few minutes ago I brought in a couple of items to be repaired and was met with such nastiness that I have a hard time putting it into words. My smile and attempt to establish a friendly exchange were met with open animosity like I had done something horrible to this woman by ringing the bell. After I explained what I needed done and was again spoken to like I was trash I politely packed up my items and left. I will not do business with people that treat me with disrespect.
